Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• The exact URL(s) on yts-official.com where the material appears;
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We review complete notices promptly — normally within 72 hours — and remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice. We may forward your notice to the party that provided the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the ability of repeat infringers to supply material to this site.
